（圖一）在四種不同界質中同在真空模具裡一次生產完成，隔膜式幫浦業界中隔膜片為正常耗材，所運作之左右拉伸以單一材質PTFE方面，不良PTFE膜片在使用後造成龜裂為不正常裂痕（圖一），而良好膜片在使用後一段時間若發生破裂為正常損耗（圖二）。不正常龜裂原因其一生產隔膜片過程壓力不均等，及生產成型拉傷PTFE結合分子，其二使用不好的PTFE原料，其三氣動隔膜幫浦作動時未平行左右推動等原因，膜片在正常損耗是以氣壓推動拉桿左右次數來認定使用時間。.jpg)
