主要特徵
又名蘿美心、蘿蔓萵苣、長葉萵苣、蘿美生菜，是喜歡生長在冷涼的氣候。與萵苣相同，常見於作為凱薩沙拉的主要食用蔬菜原料。
生產時期：每年11月至隔年5月
蘿蔓為較深的鮮綠色立生葉狀，外型直立挺直，造型多變連帶提高生食價值，口感清脆富含水份，葉面與葉梗口感不同，葉面薄嫩，葉梗清脆。一般用於凱薩沙拉，也可煮食。
